I recently celebrated graduation from university at El Gaucho and had the warmest, most personal dining experience. My family and I entered the restaurant and were greeted and seated promptly. I was greeted with the sweetest, thoughtful table arrangement thanks to Makayla. There were yellow rose petals in the shape of a W to represent my now alma mater, specially picked out lilies, a kind note, and best of all, custom printed menus for my family and I to take home as souvenirs!!!...
Service and atmosphere 11/10 truly incredible. The appetizers, drinks, sides, and desserts we ordered were great. However, the steaks were so sub-par. I hate that I have to give less than 5 stars but man they were just such a let down. Not worth the price at all. Aside from that complete disappointment, we would absolutely come back, everything else was amazing- just not for steak!
