I think about their soup when I am thousands of miles away. I think about it too much. It’s even been in my dreams. Every time I land at the Seattle airport, I am hurrying as fast as I can to the light rail so I can get to Noi Thai Cuisine for my favorite soup. Idk what they do to it…but no other Tom Kha soup will ever compare. If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be Noi Thai Cuisines Tom Kha soup. I want to start trying more of their menu, but I am addicted to their Tom Kha soup. The staff is always so friendly, attentive, and kind. I will continue to dine here as much as possible…forever. “Everyone loves their karaage chicken...huge servings! They also have the best Tom Kha...the flavor is spot on! Pad See Ew, drunken noodles, etc are all wonderful. Portions are large & prices are reasonable. But, biggest reason I keep returning is their terrific staff...just the nicest people!“

“When I first moved to the neighborhood, this was the very first place my awesome neighbors recommended… and I’m so glad they did! The food is delicious, the service friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and unpretentious.
It has become the place my family looks forward to eating when they visit, and where my partner and I go when we need a little treat (or order takeout from when we need a little comfort).

My personal favorite is the Rama Noodles, because the pan-fried noodles are perfectly tender and chewy with exceptional flavor, and the peanut sauce… I mean, I would honestly lick the plate afterwards if I had only slightly less dignity!

Decent price point, good quick service, lots of variety. Plus they are open relatively late and will seat you. Chicken in the entrees is a bit dry so I’d recommend a different protein.

“Stopped by after the Seahawks parade yesterday and they were able to accomodate our group of 6 for lunch. The food was tasty and good and service was prompt. We got wrong beers and just drank them and then found out later that they didn't have half the beers listed on the menu. But still worth checking out!“

“I had suspected from vibes alone that this would be a great eating experience in Seattle. I called to order two fresh salad rolls, a tofu Pad Thai and side of rice. It was ready as fast as i could drive there, but the ingredients still tasted fresh and toasty.

This is a takeout only location, but the moment inside of the shop obtaining your food has a great ambience, warm, welcoming, clean, and great smells.

I would like to emphasize that one order of fresh rolls is two rolls the size of your head. PHENOMENAL value for fresh rolls. The lettuce is crunchy and, as the name was suggest, very fresh.

Everything arrived fresh, hot, and beautifully packed. The portions were generous, and the quality was outstanding. The service was smooth, friendly, and reliable. For the price and portion sizes, the catering option is absolutely worth it.

One thing I also really like is that Mandalay Deli Mart is right next door, so it is super convenient to grab drinks, snacks, Burmese goodies, or quick deli items all in one stop.
