Had Pablo prawns and Mongolian beef friendly staff
The food was great other than the kids noodles but that’s on the kid that ordered them (14 years old and too picky). The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is that it was 85 degrees all day and this place not only doesn’t have AC (that I understand) but there was absolutely no air circulation. It was so horribly hot and stuffy and stale. I feel terrible for the staff. My wife got sick from just the misery of the atmosphere. Add some fans!
Our server Jonson was really down to earth, connected well with our group, remembered everyone's name and made excellent recommendations! The food was really delicious, of note the seabass lettuce cups and potstickers were favorite appetizers. We chose Wild Ginger because the birthday girl in our party has gluten free dietary needs, and there are so many delicious options for her and everyone else to enjoy! Definitely recommend Wild Ginger for lunch or dinner!

Based on the reviews, Wild Ginger Downtown Seattle is a restaurant with outstanding southern Asian cuisine, having served excellent dishes for 35+ years. The food is absolutely amazing and full of flavor. Standouts include the fragrant duck, lettuce cups with sea bass, and the Pad Thai. The service is fantastic, with one server providing exceptional and thoughtful service. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, a quiet atmosphere good for conversation, and looks well kept. The management is receptive to feedback. Portions are quite big, and a main can easily be shared by two people. The prices are normal for that level of food in Seattle. The only negative is the ladies room, which is very shabby and needs a refresh or a deep clean.
