Great food and waitstaff.
Maddeningly inept management. Waited 20 minutes to be seated, despite many open tables and having a reservation. Kitchen is also a mess; waited 45 minutes for appetizers and a main, and ultimately had to dash before all our food as delivered as we had a performance to get to at Benaroya Hall.
Not the first time this has happened.

The food is absolutely amazing and full of flavor. Standouts include the fragrant duck, lettuce cups with sea bass, and the Pad Thai. The service is fantastic, with one server providing exceptional and thoughtful service. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, a quiet atmosphere good for conversation, and looks well kept. The management is receptive to feedback. Portions are quite big, and a main can easily be shared by two people. The prices are normal for that level of food in Seattle. The only negative is the ladies room, which is very shabby and needs a refresh or a deep clean.
