Our experience was a solid four stars. Modified ingredients to accommodate allergy, which some won't. Eager, if not over eager, servers, creative food, nicely prepared, properly described, and brought when hot and fresh. I frequently read reviews to help me when out of town, and some of the negatives on this one seem weirdly phony. "No serious diners eat before 8PM?" I came to Wild Ginger from a recommendation and it did not disappoint. The location is quite perfect between the business district and the tourist area, which made it easy to find. I love the two floor concept and the large bar area. While it wasn't 100% full when I arrived, there was a steady uptick in clientele and there was a wait when I left. We had dinner here and OMG! What an experience! The restaurant is very comfortable and modern with a great atmosphere. The service is friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the food is the star of the show. The fragrant duck is superb. I'm not a fan of duck, but absolutely loved it here. This place can fill up, so make a reservation to secure a table. The down town location only serves dinner. We highly recommend it.
