This has been my go-to thai for years. The pad se ew, crispy garlic chicken and phad thai are my favorites. And the family who owns the place, and takes your order, are great too. Don't let their occasional curt demeanor detour you from some comforting thai food. Also know that the weekend chef makes dishes spicy ?
I LOVE this place!!!!!!! It's the best, most tasty food ever!!! The only thing I would change if I could lower the prices a bit. But in summary, I would eat here every day if I could!!!!!!!! Yum!!!!! Mmmm!Vegetarian options: Even if there's typically some sort of meat in a dish, you can always ask for tofu or just veggies & no meat instead.

Thai Place is very convenient, located in Uwajimaya. While their prices are a bit on the high side (but not unreasonable), the portions are decent and the flavors are good. I enjoy the Penang curry, although I wish it had more meat in it.
