The fact that the pancakes automatically come with eggs and bacon is just icing on the cake of an excellent Cafe. I haven't seen a place make a blueberry pancake this good in years. They put the berries into the batter, as it should be, without a bunch of overdone extras covering the top. The edges were crispy and the center was perfectly fluffy. This is the classic, down to earth pancake I've been searching for for what feels like years.
