My husband and I went to grab a quick bite on a weekday evening. It's a nice cozy place but were able to seat us in 15mins. Being a weekday, it was still busy. They had live jazz music and offers on drinks every weekday. Ambience was amazing.For food, we had the gumbo and bbq brisket sandwich. Both were really really good! Great fried chicken, but that's all I found here. Be warned the spicy versions of their dishes are pretty spicy. *Not a good date spot*: the food will make you sweat, and the food will probably end up on your clothes due to the undersized plates and sandwiches requiring unhinging your jaw. Do yourself a favor and eat and drink here. All the mixers are handmade. Highly recommend the SpiSeatte Chicken Sandwich paired with the Gris-Margi.The Jalapeño-Cheddar Hush Puppies were perfect - sweet and slightly spicy.My boyfriend loved his adobo pork sandwich. And a perfect finish is tropical tiramisu. We HIGHLY Recommend and will return to Seattle just for S/T’s(sweet and tender) grub!
