Paolo's Italian Restaurant Reviews
Refusing service to a party with a service dog for a vision impaired person is pretty disgusting.
Last time I been there was September
I used to sit at the counter, none of the servers took care of me! I was the only one, those servers intentionally not acknowledge me! That’s not right, poor customer service and it was a Seahawks day back in September! I been there a lot during spring and summer time! Despite busy times, never been through that type of experience!
Some friends invited us to dinner and from the moment we entered the aromas had our mouths water. Tasty pasta dishes and wonderful desserts. I had the lemon cheesecake and if you like lemon you won’t be disappointed. The seasonal pumpkin cheesecake gave the Cheesecake Factory a run for the money!!

Paolo's Italian Restaurant is a popular spot for delicious food and excellent service. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, making it a great place for any occasion. The menu features a variety of Italian dishes, including the highly-recommended Steak Gorgonzola and Paolo's special cab. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the chefs prepare fresh, flavorful meals, such as phenomenal meatballs and pasta dishes. Many visitors from out of town return regularly, praising the incredible service, spectacular food, and relaxing vibe. On special occasions, guests enjoy complimentary desserts and memorable meals prepared by Chef Paolo, whose personal touch makes dishes like cioppino especially outstanding. The restaurant offers a summer menu with dishes like lamp chops and scampi, which are well-loved, especially when the lamb chops are tender and flavorful. While the restaurant can get noisy due to its acoustics, the staff remains excellent and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Reservations are recommended for weekends, and parking is plentiful, making it a convenient choice for diners. Recent reviews mention consistently delicious food, with the crab and scallops pasta being very tasty and filling, and the burrata presented creatively and deliciously. The cioppino is mouth-watering, though some found the chicken a bit tough, and a few dishes like tortellini were bland. The service continues to be exceptional, and the lively, pretty interior adds to the overall experience.
