We visited this location on 9/3. Placed a mobile order, when we got there we were asked to meet her in the lobby as she had a couple other orders before mine. The lobby was a tad busy with people waiting for their orders. Jessica was very attentive with her lobby customers as well as her drive thru. She would apologize for the delay as she was taking and running orders out. Her customer service skills are amazing, I’m hoping she’s apart of the management team here...read full review
The girl tonight eas very polite and mentioned she was new but we couldn't tell, she has very good customer service skills. Thank you
Great stop after graduation. Open late and got the exact garbage that I ordered! So good, yet not good for you... But the new Jack ball is rockin! Great service, and hit the spot when needing a late night snack! Great job Jack!

Jack In The Box is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers have enjoyed their three-piece egg rolls and breakfast jack, others have had issues with the service and the functionality of the restaurant's equipment.
The drive-thru experience has been problematic for some, with customers reporting difficulty hearing the staff and receiving incorrect orders. Additionally, the soda machine has been reported to be out of order or dispensing the wrong drink.
Customers have also noted issues with customizing their orders, as requests for additional toppings or condiments have been ignored or charged extra. Despite these challenges, some customers continue to visit Jack In The Box, particularly during the holiday season when other dining options may be limited.
