Parker and Mello went above and beyond. They had some supply issues and a mix-up with my order yesterday, but they completely turned it around today. When I came back, they were both so kind and honest. I told them I’d purchase a salad since they were nice enough to redo my pizza without a charge. They were excellent. On top of their amazing attitude and great food, they even gave me a bowl so I could offer water to my service dog in training. Outstanding customer service...read full review

MOD Pizza is a great spot to grab a meal. Despite being busy, the employees are efficient and friendly. The food is tasty and the establishment is always clean, with no dirty tables in sight. Although the pizza may be a little expensive for what you get, it is well-loved by customers. The service at this location has room for improvement, as some staff seemed reluctant and the wait time can be longer than expected. However, many guests appreciate the friendly and accommodating employees who make their pizzas just right. Overall, the experience is mostly positive, and many would consider returning.
