Recent Reviews

Parker and Mello went above and beyond. They had some supply issues and a mix-up with my order yesterday, but they completely turned it around today. When I came back, they were both so kind and honest. I told them I’d purchase a salad since they were nice enough to redo my pizza without a charge. They were excellent. On top of their amazing attitude and great food, they even gave me a bowl so I could offer water to my service dog in training. Outstanding customer service...

All but one visit has been worthy of 5 stars. The one that wasn't, was a rushed ordered 3 minutes before they closed. So I won't hold that against them. And the woman that is almost always there when I am has always been attentive to my allergy and polite.

The salad has seemingly gotten smaller and the pizza was not good. The girls in there were not suited for that role as the line was crazy and noone at the counter. Uber eats orders were backed up as well and many missing tickets. I was disappointed . Seems to have lost their touch! This was Kent station so maybe covington is still rocking! I doubt I will try it again though...
