“Bad delive. It takes. hours to get my pizza it was very cold. I have a issue. I called them, they didn't even take care of it, they give me number to call the driver, something that they should take care of it, i call them again and it was like. Let me get you the manager, and I was on hold for like 15 minutes. They come back and they say Can we call you back? And they never did bad business, I will never recommend anybody // i would like to say this. I had a bad experience for the driver. I deliver the food but this company being fair and they refund the money back to me and I really appreciate it for consideration.“

“The Rock restaurant has a fun atmosphere. The service is usually very good, and the food is delicious. The pizza is then and there is a good amount of toppings. We enjoy their salads, pizzas and desserts. There is a kid's menu, and kids can ask for pizza dough to play with.

There are a lot of drink choices if you are looking for alcohol. They even serve drinks in small buckets, which is unique and fun.“

“Everything was ready by the time I arrived to pick it up. There are a good amount of toppings. The chicken Alfredo pizza could have used more garlic, but was good. I think there should be instructions for baking 2 pizza at once. Doing that, it didn't fully cook and that was after cooking an additional 7 minutes. The pizza was not crispy even after the additional time and switching the pizzas around. We had to put everyone's individual slices into the toaster over to finish. That's not the fault of Papa Murphy's, though. Overall very delicious,“

“If you like a traditional bar pie. Crispy, a little char, good undercarriage, no flop...this would be a place you'd like. If you're a hand tossed or deep dish lover...probably won't dig this style.

“Papa's is my favorite pizza. I ordered by phone, once I got to the right store location the ordering was easy. I picked my order up at the time they set. I went thru the drive-thru and the person who brought the pizza seemed to be pretty stressed and that I was adding to her stress level. I felt bad, but what could I do? “We flew across the country to see our daughter who currently lives in WA, and the first food we ordered was Smoking Monkey in Renton. Delivery was at least 25 minutes past the stated time, the potato skin app my daughter ordered wasn't included, and our large pizza was too doughy to eat. We realized the drinks were missing too but my family member was able to run outside and catch the driver before he left as they were still in the vehicle. We immediately called and we were told we would be getting a refund for the skins and one pizza, and nothing has happened. I have also emailed several times. This occurred on Aug. 8th. Very disappointing!!“

The toppings though were sparse like you could barely see basil and mushrooms and only one pepperoni per slice. Overall the experience was good. They have a big place if you would like to dine in.“

“First of all the employees here must be hand picked wonderful people because everything is come in I'm treated even more wonderfully then the st.this time I had to show my gratitude to Angel and Maverick. They helped me create a special pizza for my 13 yo w a bit of sneaky veggies tucked away and the zaa was still so yummy he didn't even complain.
They were gentlemen from start to finish all to happy to create my salad with a smile and brought our pizza outside to us even tho I said I would come back In for it Angel brought it to us at the picnic table outside.

I must say, out of the other pizza joints I have visited, this one puts Pizza Hut, Domino's, Little Caesars, Mountain Mike’s, Roundtable, and Papa John’s to shame. This place has friendly, conversational staff and top-tier Italian menu items that are fresh, diverse, and piping hot. It is hard to find this restaurant, since it isn't common in California. But when I do find it, I go all out. One of the clerks even told me that 5-10 minutes before closing, everything on display is half-priced, before it gets thrown out. That is a good window of opportunity for those with late-night munchies. So come on down to Villa’s Pizza and have a taste of Italy.“
