“As I was heading home tonight (11.23.25 8pm in Bonney Lake) from an incredibly long work week, exhausted and ready for bed, my son called with the news: he had three hungry teenagers suddenly descend on the house. In a panic, I called Frankie's Pizza, worried they were about to close. I felt terrible explaining my situation to the staff, a last-minute, large order with no notice. I was ready for a frustrated sigh, but instead, I was met with immediate, kind understanding. I paid over the phone and raced over. They had my entire order ready to go the moment I walked through the door. Phenomenal service, as always. But the moment that TRULY melted my heart happened when I pulled up to the house and checked the pizzas. Tucked into one of the boxes, right next to the pizza saver, was a handwritten note: "You're a great mom, even if no one acknowledges it. 🙂" I was in tears. Seriously, tears. That small, kind, human gesture cost them absolutely nothing but instantly made my entire stressful work week worth it. It made my heart absolutely smile. Frankie's Pizza is more than just a pizza place; they are truly a part of the community. Not only is their pizza always phenomenal, perfectly cheesy, hot, and delicious, but their level of care and customer service is unmatched. Thank you, Frankie's, for being the best!“

“I contacted the catering manager who was very prompt in helping contact the MV store to put in a 9 pizza catering order for high school students. The store was able to work with my target time for pickup and arrange for an employee to come in a bit earlier than usual to have everything ready to go at my requested pickup time. Great experience, efficient communication, positive attitudes - thanks for making it all work!“

“I ordered an unlimited topping pizza through Doordash. Pick up was on time and pizza was baked well. The toppings though were sparse like you could barely see basil and mushrooms and only one pepperoni per slice. Overall the experience was good. They have a big place if you would like to dine in.“

“After reading most of the reviews I had to leave a comment. Yelm Domino's is FABULOUS all the way around! We have now settled in Enumclaw, and everyone is very nice. So, this leads me to, some of these reviews are made up hoping for a free pizza 🍕 or if you treat others like crap, you get crap, right? I agree that the call center can be a nightmare, but Enumclaw Domino's and its staff are our FABULOUS pizza 🍕 place. Try the stuff crust garlic, Parmesan, bacon 🥓, and pepperoni! 😋 Domino's, if you change anything move your call center back to the USA! 😘“

“Great little bar with a pretty interesting history. They have an amazing bar staff, cool patrons, and absolutely awesome live music, not sure what days but i was there on jam night and it rocked. Have a killer out door area, place looks like it would be really fun in summer. My Philly Cheese Steak was delicious, cook even came and asked me how it tasted. It's definitely a dive bar but it is a really cool dive bar with cool people, amazing staff, and just a really cool place.“

“I tried ordering from Pizza Hut before I ordered from here but the customer service was absolutely horrible and as a guy who works fast food taking orders for a living I honestly thought it was unacceptable. So I tried out this Papa John's location (being new to Bonney Lake) and the gentleman who took my order was so professional so nice, so patient, and the driver was just as awesome 👍😎“

“Everytime I come in the pizza is great and the service is friendly and polite. Today I tried ordering deliver and was sourly disappointed to find out that their deliveries are outsourced to doordash. I cant stand doordash they are always hours late and can never get a delivery done in a reasonable time. I got a notification it was picked up and 30 minutes later I check the doordash status and see the doordasher is at McDonald's across the street for the last 30 minutes, no where near my house. I called the store and Hailey was very kind and understanding. She offered to remake the pizza if I wanted to come pick it up at no charge. Thank you actual pizza hut staff for always being great. I hope that they bring back in house deliveries.“

“Best to order ahead, just a lobby with 3 chairs. Seems to be high volume, so employees are going at 100 miles an hour. It cranks out pizza. The most important part, the price, it is consistent, and if you order online, fast. Very convenient, 5 minutes away, and hot. FYI, BYOB(bring your own bag). The only real hangup I have with this place. Other than that I feel they are a slice above the local competition.“
