I really like MOD oizza so that is why a gave it 4 stars but the service and speed was really slow at this place. It was painful to wait almost 15 minutes for a pizza with only 1 person in front of me. Even after my pizza came out of the oven it just sat there and I finally had to go to counter and ask if they were going to slice it and call my name. I would probably be still waiting if I didn't. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this location. We moved from Kitsap County a year ago. What we realized moving to the city was customer service wasn’t the same. Tukwila MOD is my family’s favorite place to grab food. Today the Saturday 11/25 lunch team was amazing. It’s my son’s 13th birthday and he’s been waiting all week to get pizza. The gentleman making my pizza did a great job. However, he spoke too fast, and a few times, I asked him to repeat what he said so I could get my order right. After the third time, I just went with it or said no thanks. In the end, I received most of what I wanted, and it was good.
