The gentleman making my pizza did a great job. However, he spoke too fast, and a few times, I asked him to repeat what he said so I could get my order right. After the third time, I just went with it or said no thanks. In the end, I received most of what I wanted, and it was good.

Rating it a 2 because the pizza is tasty. However, the customer service and cleanliness barely get a 1. The associates are disrespectful, unhappy, on their phones, talking to each other, taking their time to greet their clients. They’re all very young, which is fine but they have no manners, the one that assisted us was wearing a hat (very unprofessional), he had the worst attitude, you can sense they get irritated that you are making a purchase. Out of the 4 employees that were there talking to each other, one came to help with our order, the kid with the hat was speaking rudely to his co-worker as well. There was food on the floor, and the place looked dirty. I requested to speak to manager (I figured the manager was not aware of the wrong ambience at FOH). The manager comes out and I complaint about the service, how they have to try harder to provide good customer service, I told him about food on the floor…. The manager tells me “thank you” and he tried to walk away, I said to him, “that’s it” is that all you are going to say, no apology, nothing? He said “I thanked you” hahahaha, I am sorry!! I told him oh, great!! You don’t have experience either!! Very unprofessional!!! We were waiting for our order as the manager passed through by us and he completely ignored us and he had an attitude. NOT COMING BACK to the Southcenter location!!!!! I wonder how long the location will last..
Service was great and they took their time with us making sure we liked our pizza. Came around 6 PM and wasn't too bad of a wait time.

I really like MOD oizza so that is why a gave it 4 stars but the service and speed was really slow at this place. It was painful to wait almost 15 minutes for a pizza with only 1 person in front of me. Even after my pizza came out of the oven it just sat there and I finally had to go to counter and ask if they were going to slice it and call my name. I would probably be still waiting if I didn't. I am changing my mind and can only give 3 stars. Just thinking about the clueless 2 girls working behind the counter hurts my brain. Pizza 4/5. Cupcake 5/5. Service -1/5.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this location. We moved from Kitsap County a year ago. What we realized moving to the city was customer service wasn’t the same. Tukwila MOD is my family’s favorite place to grab food. Today the Saturday 11/25 lunch team was amazing. It’s my son’s 13th birthday and he’s been waiting all week to get pizza. We were greeted with smiling faces. As soon as they heard it was his birthday they all said happy birthday. He is on the spectrum and actually loved all the attention the ladies gave him. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. I hope management know what amazing employees they have.Kid-friendliness: They are great with all kids. This location is my special needs kiddos favorite place!
