“The ceviche was excellently done with fresh ingredients and crispy plantain chips. The crab enchilada was like slipping into a warm bath and I've never had rice and beans seasoned so well! The skirt steak tacos were tender and scrumptious but my hat was off to the house made habanero salsa. I had to add an 8 ounce jar to my order so i could have some later. I never knew that coconut flakes in flan could be so delicious! Thank you for the wonderful evening, Miguel. And thank you for making me feel so welcomed by introducing me to your entire staff. My wife and i will be returning shortly.“

“Came here on a hot 82 degree day and they had a shaded lounge with air conditioning, running water to wash hands, and reasonably priced food. I didn’t even think I was that hungry but once I had a bite I could not stop it was that good! I am 100% coming back here, what a pleasant experience. You can really tell the owner loves what he does and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful, even uses saffron for the rice! This is one gem of a food truck in Seattle.“

“I've been to many Vietnamese restaurants, but this one gotta be one of the best ones I've been to! Yesterday was my first time here, and I ordered a Bahn Mi sandwich and fresh Spring Roll to go. The sandwich wass the biggest Bahn Mi I've ever had and so was the fresh Spring Roll! I've been to other places where they're skimpy on the proteins, but not this place! I couldn't even finish them in one sitting! Ate half for dinner and half for breakfast! My new favorite Vietnamese food place!“

“The fish was very good. We didnt like the hush puppies-- it was more like a big cake very well over fried and they were $11.00. We tried to flag down our waitress to complain, but she never came onto the back balcony. We should have gone to the bar tender as he told us if we needed refills to tell him. We prepaid-- so we just took it as a lesson learned.“

“This place is SO MUCH BETTER than Subway. Better bread, actual toasting machine (unlike Subway's microwave-like toasting machine) and better service than those emotionless Subway workers. The meat and veggies seem to be as good if not better than Subway. You've got to try this place out if you're in the area. Hard to find a Quizno's these days. Also you'll be supporting a local franchise business. Pro tip: There's a Quizno's App that you can download on your phone and earn points for free food in the future. Also they have a sub of the day special if you don't want to spend too much money. Either way you get points and delicious food. You won't be disappointed.
