While I was eating my food I had seen a black hair in my Italian sub. I was disgusted and disappointed to see that my food was contaminated by other people’s hair especially in a restaurant. Where are the hair nets? The only good thing that came out of this experience was the service from the employees. The girl with the red hair was the sweetest girl to me while i was ordering.
I have ordered takeout from this location many many times but this recent time, the food has gone downhill. Usually the sandwiches are a good size, filled right, tasty, and the portion sizes are worth the money.
Not the case anymore. I got a limp skinny sandwich and burnt Mac and cheese that was only halfway full in the container as opposed to all the way full as it usually is.

The wrap sandwich was outstanding. We got southwest and bacon.
