I had the Veggie Melt with Garden Vegetable Soup at Potbelly, and it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was perfectly toasted, incredibly flavorful, and so juicy that I honestly forgot it was vegetarian. Every bite was amazing, especially with the spicy peppers. Definitely one of the best veggie sandwiches I’ve ever had!
I went and got the chicken salad sandwich today because it got great reviews. It was not very good at all very very bland. The cucumbers were the best part of the sandwich. On the other hand there are Cuban sandwich is amazing.
I like the food but customer service is bad. I hate showing up to a place that says it’s open till 9 but that really means 8:45 or whenever employees feel like it.
Happened a few times to me at this location, I live close by and like to stop in after work.
Tonight I walk in, they are making a sandwich for a customer and guy says we are closed. I look at my watch, still before 9, point it out and ask if he can’t do a sandwich fast and he just says “nope”.
