Had to commend Angelica, I believe her name tag says, General Manager, for her commendable professionalism. I made a special request to have the cinnamon roll warmed up. She noted there are microwave but she saw how I made face and offered to honor my request. Visit this location for the impeccable customer service and experience. Prices go up, quality goes down. I used to visit Panera regularly, but lately I’ve been increasingly disappointed with the quality and lack of value. Today I ordered a you pick 2, and my $7 half Greek salad was full of spoiled greens and had a very sad looking pepper.Frankly the value just isn’t there anymore to justify the cost. Ordered lunch for a work event. Panera delivered over an our late and the deli sandwiches had only two paper thin slices of meat and a tiny spot of mustard. I pulled out several brown, limp pieces of lettuce. At first, I thought I had grabbed a veggie sandwich that was only lettuce, tomato and onion. Very dry with no condiments. Chips were fine and cookie was ok. Overall not a satisfying or filling meal.
