The food are excellent at Panera. The breads, no surprise, are outstanding, so are the soups. We were in a hurry, so we had to order something ready made. There cookies are beyond delicious, do I ordered an oatmeal raisin cookie and my wife had an orange scone and coffee. The cookie was perfect, and the scone was fantastic according to my wife, and she loved the coffee. Money well spent.Parking: Lots of parking around the store.
The dishes are very delicious, the bakery is super delicious.Only they don't have an omelet or egg on the menu.

Came in to warm up and consider what to order and I'm immediately harassed by staff. They ask if I have a name. I said that I'll still need to order. They treated me like I was unwanted there. So I go back to ask my partner what sounds good and they follow me to stare at me out the window as if I stole something.

Worst service ever, they messed up almost every single order that we've placed... always missing something in the order, salad is missing dressing/sauce, sandwiches missing sauce or vegetables or even meat... this is ruining people lunch... don't recommend this place to anyone...

So the soup was great. But I had no meat on my steak sandwich that is 3 times in a row with bad sandwich. I'm done!!!
Had to commend Angelica, I believe her name tag says, General Manager, for her commendable professionalism. I made a special request to have the cinnamon roll warmed up. She noted there are microwave but she saw how I made face and offered to honor my request. Visit this location for the impeccable customer service and experience. The dedication and attention to detail exhibited by Angelica have transformed what could have been a mundane interaction into a remarkable experience. I don’t get Panera too often, but this last experience makes me want it even less. We ordered two chicken avocado sandwiches and both of the sandwiches came with rotten avocados. One of the sandwiches had a peace of the peel of the avocado on it.
