Postdoc Brewing Redmond has excellent beer and a pretty nice brewpub with a bar, different from bare bones set ups. The place is now very busy, very family-oriented, with lots and lots of dogs. There is plenty of outside seating, great during the summer period, but not so much inside for the winter months. It reminds some of Bavaria’s beer gardens with outdoor seating and tasty craft beers, though prices are a bit high. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Beers are mostly mediocre, but they do produce an occasional gem and have a few awards to back it up. Comfortable outdoor seating, local food trucks, and dog friendly. It is a great place to grab a drink with something to nibble from the food truck during warm sunny days.
