I have always loved chipotle but was greeted by a worker who messed up my bowl and scolded me several times somehow making it out to be my fault. I just felt bad afterwards and was stuck with something I didn’t order. I am in food service at an extremely fast paced pizza place and even when I feel stressed, it wouldn’t cross my mind to treat a customer that way. Kinda felt like crying afterwards honestly

The customer service was horrendous!I created a mobile order around 11am for a 11:30 pickup. I arrived at 11:30, and there was no mobile order on the shelf, so I waited.After 5 mins, I asked at the counter. The cashier told me to just wait, and didn't check my name.After another 5 mins, I asked again. It wasn't busy and they had only had a couple of customers. The customer service is very inconsistent. I’ve been there numerous times and they are not kind. I purchased a veggie bowl and the employee gave me literally a half a spoon of everything. When I asked for additional due to me getting the bowl 90% of the time and knowing how it should look she has an attitude. I’m not returning to this location unless it’s very necessary.
