Ordered a chicken bowl, got great portions and great service, the person who made our food Hannah did a great job at making me feel welcomed as it was my first time here. My wife and I were extremely impressed with her social ability as well as speed especially with the long line that she had.
Great food and tables could have been cleaner, drink station was a mess but it was busy so it made sense. Will come again!

Food is good but for online orders they are pretty regularly ~10 minutes behind the scheduled pickup time.
Walked from our hotel to grab some lunch. The soda fountain was broken, and spraying regular coke out at customers. And the tables were dirty.

The Redmond location is preferred by some, as they feel more welcome, receive bigger food portions, and the staff are nicer. Customers have praised the excellent service of Cindy, who provides generous portions and is incredibly kind and friendly. The Store Manager, Nathalie, has also been recognized for leading a fantastic team.
