Extremely disappointed by the portion sizing. Received 4 little chunks of streak, I asked for more and they charged extra? I’m paying extra for a normal portion of food?This isn’t ok! The workers were extremely rude as well.I do not recommend coming to this location, especially after reading the consistent reviews about the poor portion sizing and over pricing!Chipotle do better!

This place is way different than it was a month ago. Something must have changed. I was never gonna go back after eating there last year, but I was in a bind last week and stopped in.. my experience was so much better than what it was last time.Whatever happened here has me coming back weekly.

The attitude of the workers is horrible and their portions serving is miserable. We are paying for food not asking for it. They forgot my hot sauce and they charged me twice for guacamole while serving me 1 oz.

Ordered for pickup, got half of a bowl instead of a full bowl. It was also freezing cold after picking it up right at the order ready time of 6 pm. Of course this is what chipotle is now for $15 a bowl.

Mediocre burrito and the queso that accompanied my chips was more milk than cheese. Still boggles my mind that a chicken burrito with not-so-much chicken and no sides is about $11.

This Chipotle is SO BEYOND BAD, the Sammamish is location is so much better. After having a tiring day I was looking forward to eating a full meal of Chipotle. We ordered online in advance and didn’t think to check the bag as we were too eager to eat the food obviously. Firstly, THEY DID NOT GIVE GUAC? Which COSTS A LOT EXTRA? AND WE PAID FOR IT IN THE MEAL. This meal cost 30 DOLLARS (2 ppl) and barely HALF THE BOWL IS FILLED. WITH NO LETTUCE (which I ordered.) And like 70% cheese.. AND RANDOM PEPPERS WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR AND DO NOT LIKE. This Chipotle consistently gives extremely small quantities especially if you order online ahead for pick up which is already frustrating but this is outrageous. AND I AM STARVING. NOT TO MENTION the fact that there are literally LIKE TWO CHIPS in the chip bag. Freaking five dollars for a large chips and guac and they can’t even give enough chips and DONT EVEN INCLUDE ANY GUAC? This is so horrid and I am a loyal customer of chipotle and LITERALLY STARVING so please improve please I understand you are busy but this is quite outrageous.

I have always loved chipotle but was greeted by a worker who messed up my bowl and scolded me several times somehow making it out to be my fault. I just felt bad afterwards and was stuck with something I didn’t order. I am in food service at an extremely fast paced pizza place and even when I feel stressed, it wouldn’t cross my mind to treat a customer that way. Kinda felt like crying afterwards honestly

The customer service was horrendous!I created a mobile order around 11am for a 11:30 pickup. I arrived at 11:30, and there was no mobile order on the shelf, so I waited.After 5 mins, I asked at the counter. The cashier told me to just wait, and didn't check my name.After another 5 mins, I asked again. It wasn't busy and they had only had a couple of customers. The cashier told me to just wait -- impatiently this time. I asked if she could just check that my order was getting worked on and gave her my name. She did not check, and told me to just wait. I could understand if it was busy, but there were more workers in the store than customers and no one was even in line.After 5 mins, I was getting really stressed out and worried because they still hadn't given me any assurance that they were working on my order. So I asked again, and the worker was visibly annoyed and got someone else to help me. This other worker also looked really annoyed and FINALLY checked the bags and said they didn't have my order.All that waiting for nothing! I understand the occasional tech issue, but the customer service was ridiculously rude and unhelpful. If they had just looked and said "Sorry we don't have that order," I could have placed a new order, saved myself all that stress, and not wasted all that time. I was late back to work because of this.Once I realized I wasn't getting my mobile order, I had to contact everyone at work and ordered again but at the counter. And the workers continued to be incredibly rude during that process. So rude that I wonder if I have an evil twin who menaces their store, because what else could explain this exceptionally bad service?This was my first time at this location - Redmond Way Chipotle -- and I will NEVER being going back here again.

The customer service is very inconsistent. I’ve been there numerous times and they are not kind. I purchased a veggie bowl and the employee gave me literally a half a spoon of everything. When I asked for additional due to me getting the bowl 90% of the time and knowing how it should look she has an attitude. I’m not returning to this location unless it’s very necessary. I never had a real positive experience at this location. The manager even had a slight attitude and did not smile or greet anyone. Chipotle needs to do better with their training. I gave a one star because even if the food is ok the customer service has to be up to par for me.
