Good consistent boba and bubble waffles! My favorite is the grapefruit jasmine tea with lychee jelly. I love how stretchy and fluffy the bubble waffles are. Just a warning that it's more expensive if you buy it on GrubHub!
I grabbed a drink, a brown sugar boba which was pretty good. The store was small which meant not a lot of seating. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful, but a little loud, for me.

I tried original bubble waffles and avocado smoothies and the puff cream for the waffles. We really liked the puff cream and smoothies are okay.The puff cream is worthy try.
