“I've tried a few different drinks here, and they've all been great. Some are a little sweet, so be mindful of that when you order.
There's a lot of customization options and plenty of combinations to try.
The bubble waffles are a fun little treat. You can pull them apart, and they even have dip options.
Sometimes, they are a little busy and don't have enough people to keep up. When they're in a rush, the bubble waffles don't come out as crispy, so they're best ordered when it's quiet.“

“Wow! This is first-class boba tea. Stopped by on a rainy day craving for something warm, I asked for a taro milk tea warm. It really hit the spot! I think the baristas can make most of the drinks warm even if not indicated on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the tapioca pearl... it had the perfect chewiness that you just want to keep chewing on it, not just two or three bites, but more like 10-15 bites. And the pearls are not tough at all... they just resist falling apart very well. What a wonderful place to overcome cold and rainy weather... Next time I will save room to try the fried chicken wings.“

Owners are former athletes who are health conscious and all about incredible food quality (organic, sustainable, etc). Fantastic friendly service in an adorable bright open space. Most items can be made vegan if needed. And for someone who is vegan and has celiac, it’s nice to have such amazing options. HIGHLY recommend! I’ve been a customer of Emerald City Smoothie for years, visiting locations across Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and Shoreline. At one point, I almost stopped going altogether because the quality varied quite a bit from store to store—even within the same location. Some smoothies were great, many were just okay, and a few missed the mark.

That said, I want to give a special shoutout to Alex at the Shoreline location. She consistently makes the best smoothies my partner and I have ever had. The team there has also been very consistent, which really stands out.

I have been coming here every Sunday for the past two years, and have always had a good experience and the smoothies have always been excellent no matter who was making it. The staff there are courteous and friendly. The store itself is always impeccably clean and well organized, and is the nicest E.C.S location I've been to by far. I have a choice on where to buy a smoothie and there is a reason I have been coming here for the past two years. They are good at what they do and are consistently good. They have your mat laid out, in a beautiful room with gorgeous wood floors and natural light. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. Compared to Jamba Juice, this tastes more nutritious and flavorful.My favorite is the Vita Boost which comes with real blueberries and protein. Absolute must-try! There's a wide selection of smoothies that offer different benefits. I wish I had started coming here sooner! They even have snacks and other protein options.The only main downside is the that the hours are inconsistent. I know that it's not open on Sunday and I can't find any information about the hours of operations here.“

“Perfect little neighborhood coffee shop! The Pesto Panini is addictive, I could eat one everyday. The breakfast sandwiches feel healthier than fastfood alternatives, and always hit the spot. I didn't try the pastries but they had a few that look really good, and I'll have to go back and try them soon. Proud to support this local business. The owner is a very kind, and takes the time to recognize the regular customers, and even remembers your regular order. Highly recommend giving this coffee shop your business.“

They have good smoothies but they are expensive (like $15) - the cool thing is if you sign up for rewards you get a reward every time you buy something!

Reward I’ve received - 50% off smoothie, free avacado toast, free tomato bagel, 50% off a latte…

Their coffee is pretty good too.

If you get the steak bowls I’d recommend asking for the lemon capers sauce on the side as an extra and also add some salt on the steak to bring out a bit more flavor, also careful with their salt grinder it’s automatic and really cool just don’t over salt!

Would recommend this place especially if you are looking for a clean meal. ( no seed oils etc..)
