“Bambu in Edmonds is an absolute gem and easily one of the best spots for authentic Vietnamese chè and Asian-inspired desserts north of Seattle. Everything here is made with incredible care and the freshest ingredients—fresh young coconuts cracked daily for that perfect coconut meat and water, house-made pandan jelly, and real fruit in every drink.
The Bambu Special is perfection: a delightful mix of pandan jelly, longan, basil seeds, red tapioca, and coconut that’s refreshing, textured, and not overly sweet (customize your sugar level—I love it at 50%). The Fruit Addict is bursting with fresh fruits, and their smoothies (like taro or avocado) are thick, creamy, and made with real ingredients—no powders here.
Don’t sleep on the pandan waffles—they’re the standout, crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with that fragrant pandan flavor shining through. Hands down the best I’ve had at any Bambu location. The Vietnamese iced coffee is bold, smooth, and brewed the traditional way.
Service is always warm, friendly, and knowledgeable—staff happily explain the menu, offer samples, and make recommendations. The place is clean, vibrant, and welcoming, with generous portions at fair prices ($6-10 for most items). So many options are gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan-friendly too.

I have been coming here every Sunday for the past two years, and have always had a good experience and the smoothies have always been excellent no matter who was making it. The staff there are courteous and friendly. The store itself is always impeccably clean and well organized, and is the nicest E.C.S location I've been to by far. I have a choice on where to buy a smoothie and there is a reason I have been coming here for the past two years. They are good at what they do and are consistently good. Compared to Jamba Juice, this tastes more nutritious and flavorful.My favorite is the Vita Boost which comes with real blueberries and protein. Absolute must-try! There's a wide selection of smoothies that offer different benefits. I wish I had started coming here sooner! They even have snacks and other protein options.The only main downside is the that the hours are inconsistent. I know that it's not open on Sunday and I can't find any information about the hours of operations here.“

The owner, who’s always there, and the trainers are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Compared to other gyms and memberships, their prices are very reasonable. “My wife and I love this place. They have the best and most authentic acai bowls in the Seattle area. Both owners are from Brazil and one of them is from the region acai comes from, so he has the best understanding of the way it should taste and the best quality of acai. “La Copa has the best coffee in the area. Their staff understands the science and art of pulling espresso shots and their machine is calibrated properly so your drink is well made. They have a nice variety of food options made on premises and everything is delicious. Our favorites are the breakfast burritos (huge and yummy), the coffee cakes (flavors rotate), GF banana bread w/ chips, the danishes, the marzuka bars, the cookies, and the turkey pesto panini. The owners and staff are hard-working and kind. They care about their locals and the newbies. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You deserve it!“

“A spacious spot with lots of seating, games and very friendly staff! Their drink and smoothie menu is very extensive, although noting bubble tea flavours are powder. We ordered two of their paninis - chicken pesto and spicy chicken. Excellent crunch and flavour, spicy chicken was a very mild and gentle spice. Only complaint is there could have been more chicken in both sandwiches (which was more like small chicken shreds).“

“My little sister and I were craving something sweet and we found this place. I love the inside of the place omg it had so much space, everything was beautiful and they even had a Halloween dessert (I didn’t get it cause we didn’t want to try anything too new cause the place is new yk ). The little dolls were so cute omg. The guy who was there had so much patience with me (especially cause I was just there taking my sweet time looking at what they had lol) but yeah it tasted so good.
