“My experience was very good when I entered the door. The lady with long hair and glasses greeted me with her great smile. They offered easy picture menu helps me order my drink fast. I like the mango passion fruit smoothie with perfect sweetness and still see mango and passion fruit right on top. I will come back !“

“We ordered a large order of lunch items for our wedding party and family to have on our wedding day. Anne was wonderful to work with, and I was able to give her a comprehensive list of everyone’s names and orders the day before the wedding, and send a groomsman to pick it up on the day. The food was ready on time, everyone loved it, and all the items were correct and labelled by name! It was awesome to have a variety of foods for everyone’s tastes and dietary restrictions. “I’m disappointed that I’m disappointed. I’d been looking forward to trying LASA for a long time.
I ordered the Lechon Kawali Roll. The crispy pork belly was generous, but the pieces were so thick the sandwich wouldn’t close, making it one of those impossible to eat, Instagram only sandwiches. The hoagie roll was the biggest letdown. The one thing that was literally holding it all together was so hard and dry that it crumbled and fell apart with every difficult bite. I wish I had ordered this as a rice bowl (which is an option).
My husband’s adobo chicken sandwich had a much better brioche bun. He said it was a good chicken sandwich, but not really adobo. The lumpia was good, and the staff was super friendly.
I really wanted to love this place. We probably wouldn’t make a special trip back, but if we were nearby, we’d consider trying again for the bowls and desserts.“

I’ve been a customer of Emerald City Smoothie for years, visiting locations across Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and Shoreline. At one point, I almost stopped going altogether because the quality varied quite a bit from store to store—even within the same location. Some smoothies were great, many were just okay, and a few missed the mark.
That said, I want to give a special shoutout to Alex at the Shoreline location. She consistently makes the best smoothies my partner and I have ever had. The team there has also been very consistent, which really stands out.

“It's hard for me to understand some of the reviews on this location being negative. I have been coming here every Sunday for the past two years, and have always had a good experience and the smoothies have always been excellent no matter who was making it. The staff there are courteous and friendly. The store itself is always impeccably clean and well organized, and is the nicest E.C.S location I've been to by far. I have a choice on where to buy a smoothie and there is a reason I have been coming here for the past two years. They are good at what they do and are consistently good. Would recommend getting a smoothie here to anybody I know.....Would give them six stars if I could.“

“My wife and I love this place. They have the best and most authentic acai bowls in the Seattle area. Both owners are from Brazil and one of them is from the region acai comes from, so he has the best understanding of the way it should taste and the best quality of acai. We highly recommend the acai bowls and also the mini coquinas with the green sauce.“

The atmosphere is nice, clean, and has a relaxing vibe. There are also many beautiful spots where you can take pictures and enjoy the place. “I decided to stop by after a workout to replenish my energy and I was surprised at how good these smoothies turned out to be. There's 3 sizes with 32oz being the largest. The prices are a steal. Compared to Jamba Juice, this tastes more nutritious and flavorful.My favorite is the Vita Boost which comes with real blueberries and protein. Absolute must-try! There's a wide selection of smoothies that offer different benefits. I wish I had started coming here sooner! They even have snacks and other protein options.The only main downside is the that the hours are inconsistent. I know that it's not open on Sunday and I can't find any information about the hours of operations here.“

“Gourmet Latte is a Drive up & Go espresso stand that I would highly recommend. The staff are always very friendly and efficient. They have a large selection of wonderful coffee drinks and teas and their specialty flavored lattes are fabulous! I would also recommend their scones, muffins and other treats if you are feeling peckish. They are always fresh and delicious. 😁 I also want to mention they have a nice selection of milk alternatives if you so desire.“
“Alive Juice Bar has become part of my routine. Andrew is one of the most interesting people I’ve ever met. His food is excellent, healthy, and affordable.
I go there every time I’m at the office and grab a kale smoothie. Occasionally I purchase a salmon takeout meal or chili, both excellent.
Andrew is always willing to engage in dialogue around philosophy, relationships, social observation, music, you name it. His perspective is unique and well thought through.“

“The gals are sweet and the drinks are always good. I dont know about other people but for me, I dont like burnt tasting espresso. These girls have not done that to me once, it always tastes fresh. The revvup is always just sweet enough too amd they flavor combos they recommend are wonderful 🔥 only thing I dont like about this place is the way the parking lot is designed but even then, I like that the girls only have 1 person pulling up to the window at a time :) super sweet, hardworking people and definitely on of my favorite coffee stands, (location not company)“

“This is an espresso stand, they have very limited food, which I have never ordered. The drinks have been outstanding each time and they are willing to remake our provide something else if not up to expectations, though I've never needed to make use of that. The most that I've ever waited is about 8 minutes when someone had pulled in just before me. The usual wait is generally five minutes or less. No tables, only a drive through, so there is also no parking for them, only for the gas station/ convenience store that they are next to.“

“I ordered from door dash and the smoothies were not labeled, so I had no idea which one was mine. I have pancreatitis, so I have to have non-fat milk. My boyfriend got a similar smoothie but it was extremely hard to tell the difference. He assured me he could tell by the color which one was his but I couldn't risk it. Please label the smoothies!“

“I've tried a few different drinks here, and they've all been great. Some are a little sweet, so be mindful of that when you order.
There's a lot of customization options and plenty of combinations to try.
The bubble waffles are a fun little treat. You can pull them apart, and they even have dip options.
Sometimes, they are a little busy and don't have enough people to keep up. When they're in a rush, the bubble waffles don't come out as crispy, so they're best ordered when it's quiet.“

“I love Happy Lemon but I am never fully impressed with the staff at any of them. Everyone working there seems so unhappy to have to provide customer service. Most just look at you like you are a bother to their day and then when they have to put the waffle batter in the machines, it is almost like they are being puppeteered to do so. I still love their bubble waffles though and will continue to enjoy them, despite the angst I feel from the staff at my ordering them.“

The boba portions are perfect every single time, especially when I ask for extra boba because they really deliver. This location stands out from every other boba place around. “Wow! This is first-class boba tea. Stopped by on a rainy day craving for something warm, I asked for a taro milk tea warm. It really hit the spot! I think the baristas can make most of the drinks warm even if not indicated on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the tapioca pearl... it had the perfect chewiness that you just want to keep chewing on it, not just two or three bites, but more like 10-15 bites. And the pearls are not tough at all... they just resist falling apart very well. What a wonderful place to overcome cold and rainy weather... Next time I will save room to try the fried chicken wings.“

“I usually came in for Poke, but finally decided to try out this boba place. Doanh was so friendly and she recommended White Peach Oolong for me since I'm a big fan of Oolong. It's nice to try out something new and unique that other boba places don't have.“
