“It's hard for me to understand some of the reviews on this location being negative. I have been coming here every Sunday for the past two years, and have always had a good experience and the smoothies have always been excellent no matter who was making it. The staff there are courteous and friendly. The store itself is always impeccably clean and well organized, and is the nicest E.C.S location I've been to by far. I have a choice on where to buy a smoothie and there is a reason I have been coming here for the past two years. They are good at what they do and are consistently good. Anne was wonderful to work with, and I was able to give her a comprehensive list of everyone’s names and orders the day before the wedding, and send a groomsman to pick it up on the day. The food was ready on time, everyone loved it, and all the items were correct and labelled by name! It was awesome to have a variety of foods for everyone’s tastes and dietary restrictions. “I decided to stop by after a workout to replenish my energy and I was surprised at how good these smoothies turned out to be. There's 3 sizes with 32oz being the largest. The prices are a steal. Compared to Jamba Juice, this tastes more nutritious and flavorful.My favorite is the Vita Boost which comes with real blueberries and protein. Absolute must-try! There's a wide selection of smoothies that offer different benefits. I wish I had started coming here sooner! They even have snacks and other protein options.The only main downside is the that the hours are inconsistent. I know that it's not open on Sunday and I can't find any information about the hours of operations here.“

“My wife and I love this place. They have the best and most authentic acai bowls in the Seattle area. Both owners are from Brazil and one of them is from the region acai comes from, so he has the best understanding of the way it should taste and the best quality of acai. We highly recommend the acai bowls and also the mini coquinas with the green sauce.“

“I ordered from door dash and the smoothies were not labeled, so I had no idea which one was mine. I have pancreatitis, so I have to have non-fat milk. My boyfriend got a similar smoothie but it was extremely hard to tell the difference. He assured me he could tell by the color which one was his but I couldn't risk it. Please label the smoothies!“

“This is the best place I’ve been to in a long time! The menu itself is just pure entertainment! There are some delicious, healthy, FRESH options at amazingly reasonable prices all because the owner operates as a 1-man show! Cooking, blending, juicing… from start to finish! Everything is fresh and the place is nice and clean. Not to mention… the chicken soup is to die for! We ordered two of their paninis - chicken pesto and spicy chicken. Excellent crunch and flavour, spicy chicken was a very mild and gentle spice. Only complaint is there could have been more chicken in both sandwiches (which was more like small chicken shreds).“

One major drawback of this location
is after they clean the floors the whole shop has a terrible chemical smell for awhile. They have one large fan to help circulate the air, but it doesn’t help much. It makes it hard to breathe and ruins my palette. Management should switch to an unscented cleaner, tweak the chemical/water ratio, or improve airflow. It must be hard on the staff to breathe that in during theshift. Also people coming in after their workout in the neighboring Planet Fitness.“

“Gourmet Latte is a Drive up & Go espresso stand that I would highly recommend. The staff are always very friendly and efficient. They have a large selection of wonderful coffee drinks and teas and their specialty flavored lattes are fabulous! I would also recommend their scones, muffins and other treats if you are feeling peckish. They are always fresh and delicious. 😁 I also want to mention they have a nice selection of milk alternatives if you so desire.“

I love the inside of the place omg it had so much space, everything was beautiful and they even had a Halloween dessert (I didn’t get it cause we didn’t want to try anything too new cause the place is new yk ). “I've tried a few different drinks here, and they've all been great. Some are a little sweet, so be mindful of that when you order.
There's a lot of customization options and plenty of combinations to try.
The bubble waffles are a fun little treat. You can pull them apart, and they even have dip options.
Sometimes, they are a little busy and don't have enough people to keep up. When they're in a rush, the bubble waffles don't come out as crispy, so they're best ordered when it's quiet.“

“Wow! This is first-class boba tea. Stopped by on a rainy day craving for something warm, I asked for a taro milk tea warm. It really hit the spot! I think the baristas can make most of the drinks warm even if not indicated on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised by the tapioca pearl... it had the perfect chewiness that you just want to keep chewing on it, not just two or three bites, but more like 10-15 bites. And the pearls are not tough at all... they just resist falling apart very well. What a wonderful place to overcome cold and rainy weather... Next time I will save room to try the fried chicken wings.“
