Ambience - 4/5. Clean and modern right next to Best Buy.Service - 4/5. Although there was a line of people, it went by super quick.Drinks - 4/5. Both matcha red bean pearl (boba) tea and peach kiwi tea with lychee jelly were yummy.
High rating is for a bubble tea place with actual natural flavors. My partner found a passionfruit seed in our tea. They have unexpected jelly options that really enhance the tea.Parking: Lots of parking in a mall lot.

We had a Happy family milk tea, which is the classic milk tea with Boba Pearl, lychee jelly, red bean, pudding etc as the toppings. Red bean seemed like the only off thing in the milk tea. But the combination of all the other stuff was awesome. Definitely going back.
