I wanted a pick me up, and needed a little caffeine. Walked by Bobae and it had a nice selection of pastries and a lot of drinks to choose from. Alexis suggested I try an ube latte and it was really tasty. I also got a kouign amann from their pastry case. I'm a fan of kouign amanns and I think its the best one ive had so far.
My little sister and I have a tradition of getting boba when we’re really sad as a mood booster, and I recently moved away from her. While missing her I ventured into Bobae. The owner Shane was there and he instantly boosted my mood with his radiating smile and voice that reminded me so much of my thirteen year old sister. I’m so glad I found this place. It made my day, and felt like a little piece of home :)
