I am a frequent customer but today I came around 7:30 and realized one of employees was very disengaged. As I was waiting for my drink I noticed the guy behind me getting free drinks and food from the cashier with the highlighted hair. As a paying customer I would at least expect my drink to come out first.

The store provides a convenient grab-and-go service along with serene background music and has room for up to 15 people to sit. Lots of open space to wait for your order. I tried original bubble waffles and avocado smoothies and the puff cream for the waffles. We really liked the puff cream and smoothies are okay.The puff cream is worthy try.

Good consistent boba and bubble waffles! My favorite is the grapefruit jasmine tea with lychee jelly. I love how stretchy and fluffy the bubble waffles are. Just a warning that it's more expensive if you buy it on GrubHub!

I grabbed a drink, a brown sugar boba which was pretty good. The store was small which meant not a lot of seating. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful, but a little loud, for me.

I always pass by this boba shop and finally decided to stop by this morning. I ordered a mango lemonade and it was just how I liked it. The staff were also really quick and I received my drink almost right after I ordered it. Would come again (for the music)!

Do not go here expecting to get your drink quickly. Even if just a basic boba milk tea expect to wait at least 10-15 min. Even if it doesn’t appear busy, the workers are not focused on providing speedy service. They’re playing around and talking when they can be focusing on other tasks. Not adequate work ethic. The irony is they ask for a tip. Lmfao maybe respect people’s times. I got my order called after a higher number with a more complex order w a waffle. Don’t go here. It’s mids bubble tea tbh as well.

We were super excited to have a Happy Lemon in Bothell since we frequently made the trips to Edmonds and Bellevue for their bubble tea. When we got there on a Sunday afternoon, there were only 4 other customers in the store so we thought our 2 drinks and a bubble waffle wouldn't take long. We were WRONG. The three staff working there wouldn't stop chatting and they took their time to make the drinks. When it was our turn, 1 drink and 1 bubble waffle took more than 20 minutes and there was one more to go. Until the customers who got in after us all got their drinks, we were still waiting. Another 10 minutes later, we went to check with them on our second drink. It was left on the counter the entire time and they never bothered to bring it out. They completely forgot about it and were chatting with themselves the entire time. We get bubble tea at least once a week and this was the first time being treated like this. We really wanted to like this store but they need to get some new staff.
I loved the new location for happy lemon! My friend and I were in the area so we choose to go.

Wonderful little boba shop with some cool bubble tasty waffles. Yes, you read that right, a bubble waffle. Waffles with airy pockets of dough which was both aesthetically pleasing and tasty. I'm also a sucker for good boba and this place did not fail. Lovely spot and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Bothell

Drink is great here most of the time not always consistent in mix (I order the same drink)but today the gal that took my order at 4:51pm not so pleasant. When I asked her a question she didn’t even respond. Everyone else full of smiles.I will assume you meant definitely not defiantly ?
