This is a VERY busy/popular Panera due to its prime location - It is high traffic. So, good for them, b/c business is booming! Bad for you though b/c they can't keep up with bread manufacturing and are robbing you on Soup portions.Consumers Beware!Consistently, they are out of their flagship Baget bread when I eat here. I love Panera, I really do, but imagine my disappointment when getting home and after finishing my Bacon Turkey Bravo and Tomato Soup Pick Two...then reaching for the chocolate chip cookie I ordered...only to pull out a disgusting Oatmeal Raisin Cookie?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!? :(
The food is fine but two times now I’ve been here and they failed to get my drive thru order onto my Panera account. I pay for the sip club so would get a free drink. Only problem is they ask for my number, but then when I pick up my order there’s some random name on the receipt (but the order on the receipt is correct), and I was charged for the drink. My guess is one of the employees puts their own Panera account in for the orders to get the rewards?If it only happened once...read full review
