Used to be good and has gone extremely downhill. I get because of prices going up and you raise the prices and use Bacon that is thin and not much on the sandwich. Salad was good, Mac and cheese was okay.Have to place your own order, no one greated us, Mac and cheese not very warm and had to get warmed up and got ignored, to needing a to go container and ask for one to get a bit of attitude from worker. Seriously not going to come back I can go to a restaurant pay the same price and get thick bacon, great service and go to lots. So goodbye Panera good luck.

$40... A sandwich aside a soup and one drink. That's too much. The staff were nice, but they were out of some bread and the drink area was messy. The floor was dirty. The order at yourself terminals were a little confusing and the buzzers weren't working.

Did not receive ordered items. Had to drive back to the store to get our sandwich. No apologies and no accountability from the staff. Portions are MUCH smaller now and prices MUCH higher. My turkey BLT was all bread and very little toppings. Bye Panera!!!

All of their systems were down making it hard to look at nutrition information and to order. The store manager was extremely helpful though. In April they are revamping their menu and removing many items, this is not great

This is a VERY busy/popular Panera due to its prime location - It is high traffic. So, good for them, b/c business is booming! Bad for you though b/c they can't keep up with bread manufacturing and are robbing you on Soup portions.Consumers Beware!Consistently, they are out of their flagship Baget bread when I eat here. Not certain if it's b/c of my timing - later hrs of the day? For being a place known for its bread, this shouldn't be happening consistently, yet it is happen consistently. Is the Manager regulating the bread production output based on slower traffic times? I understand bread output needs to fluctuate appropriately for the time of day, but it shouldn't cease entirely!Also, on my recent visit, I ordered a large bowl of the Tomato soup with my sandwich. My wife ordered a smal cup of the same soup. There is about a $4 difference in price, BUT NOT IN SURVING SIZE the way they are portioning. They literally charged me more for the bowl size with the same amount of soup served in the Cup. I took this up with the kitchen when I returned to show them the portion comparison between the cup and bowl. It was visually obvious that the serving sizes were equal. The person behind the counter wouldn't add more Soup to the larger bowl b/c 'No more Soup for you!'I've had it with these shenanigans.

I love Panera, I really do, but imagine my disappointment when getting home and after finishing my Bacon Turkey Bravo and Tomato Soup Pick Two...then reaching for the chocolate chip cookie I ordered...only to pull out a disgusting Oatmeal Raisin Cookie?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!? :(
