Excellent beverages, wonderful community, fantastic service from both Sarah and Elijah all come together for an extremely positive experience.

“This was the first place I seeked out in Seattle besides hotel. I had to cross it off my list. It was a great addition to the Seattle experience. They serve great beer, but I was surprised they weren't overrun with people. It was a weekday though, maybe it matters. They have 2 levels and a cozy outdoor patio away from the street. They offer (3) 6oz flights which is the way to go. I'm from Portland, Maine so I like the brewery vibe.“

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and working alongside quite a few of them over the years and my experience is as follows: from the owner, to the head brewer, to the GM, all the way through to every person who works here… all lovely people. Every single one of them.

On top of that, the quality of beer they produce on such a non-traditional patchwork system is absolutely outrageous and they don’t get enough credit for the high-caliber program they run.

They’ve never let me down. I don’t even live in Seattle but every time I’m in Washington, I make it a point to make the pilgrimage to Bambino’s. It’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. “One of our friends described this very Seattle brewery perfectly: You see people playing D&D while the Seahawks are playing. Beers are brewed in house! We love playing games and hanging out here. Friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere. I mean, how can you beat hanging out, drinking and playing board games while watching sci-fi films / Seahawks games? Strangely to some, the most impressive aspect is the restroom setup. Gender neutral rooms with tampons/pads on hand for those who need them. For those who don't typically see this setup, it's kind of a big deal and helps this brewery stand out.“

“This place has the best curated list of beers on tap of any place in Bothell or surrounding area. I am a dark beer lover and they always have at least one good stout and porter on tap, even during the summer when the rest of the breweries and tap houses in the area, only have IPA's.“

“The beer tenders are great and I love the trivia on Tuesdays. beer it's good. But, I miss some of the Cairn classics. Wish they would bring them back. Seaplane in particular. Parking is awful. they used to open up the patio area for parking during the winter. postdoc has not done this despite the fact that nobody wants a beer outside when it's raining or snowing. great place though to hang out. kid and dog friendly. Their membership program is pretty awesome too!!!!“

“This is definitely one of the unsung heroes of the brew scene in Seattle and the fact that they opened in 2020 is pretty hardcore considering they are still in business and going strong.

Reaching this place was pretty easy and it is located on a funky corner in the downtown part of Georgetown. Our initial objective was to take part in a ramen cooking class that was supposed to take place somewhere at the brewery, or next to it, but it took place inside the common drinking area next to a wall which was total nonsense. To say that the class was a joke is a gross understatement, but this is in no way a slight to the brewery which was hospitable,great beertenders and knock-down kick ass strong brews. First brew I had was their Project Haze which was a juice bomb of triple dry hopped goodness celebrating their ten years (not at that location I believe). I also got a triple IPA and another one not listed and can't remember the name of. Trust me when I say they will deliver the boozy goods. I also grabbed some stickers because the artwork is really special and unique commissioned by a local guy who is talented and animated with the graphics. If you are looking for a place to unwind after sight seeing, detour here and relax; they'll treat you right!“

“Tatum was outstanding! What a horrible day I was having. Ending up getting towed to the shop next door to locust. While walking away from my dead car I realized I was in the parking lot of locust cider! Tatum made my day!!! She was kind and patient and very beautiful (inside and out!). She also must have some serious magic abilities…. I tried the engine one more time and my car started!!-

On top of that, they have Golden Tee, pull tabs, and a great back patio with a flatscreen and fire pit table in a covered back patio-perfect for chilling with friends! The best part? The staff is absolutely amazing. I came in as a stranger and left feeling like family the very first time I visited. The amount of regulars speaks for itself.
