“We went here last night during dinner rush and let me tell you this team was on point. Between drive through, lobby and food delivery orders. They were swamped but still got orders out as fast as humanely possible with great customer service. Flawless victory.“
“I had the Baconator with lite mayo and barbeque sauce. It was delicious! Fries were hot and fresh. And a Dr. Pepper rounded out my meal. Dined it because it was cool inside. Restaurant was very clean and pleasant. I really enjoyed the food and my visit.
The staff were very efficient serving customers. Several online orders were being made for pickup while they served walkins. I thought they did a great job.“
“My favorite store is on Sprague in the Spokane Valley, WA. The staff get it right every time. They always have a smile on their faces and make sure to tell you to have a great day. Good Job to the team and the Manager Chase for being so AWSOME!!!!!!

“Absolutely the best Wendy's in Spokane! Great service, super fast, and good attitude. I ordered a bacon double stack plain and got no bacon ( I probably should have explained it). I went back to the counter to ask for some bacon and I was offered a remake of my order. I refused (I didn't want to inconvenience the hard working folks back there) and asked if I could just get some bacon. My man delivered a full Tupperware of bacon. Anyway, not very pricey to feed 2 adults and 3 kids. Plus, we were gifted a free frosty out of nowhere. If I'm going fast food, it's gonna be at this Wendy's.“
“I have eaten here as shameful amount this summer... Anyway. The manager and her team are so kind. You can tell by the way it's quiet when it's busy. You can see subtle team work and assistant without asking between everyone. I remember the manager was working the check stand and their customer service stood out to me years ago, now their in charge and their ways have infected the entire crew.
If you have a bad time here it's probably you're fault, everyone I ever interact with is either completely overwhelmed by delivery orders, extremely kind, and usually both. Wish I had everyones names to shout out but everyone working right now and basically always at that location deserve a raise and a bonus and a letter from the CEO.
