Muy buenas comidas y sus aguas
We live on Vancouver island and we would drive for this food. It’s incredible authentic Mexican food. The staff are so friendly, portions are massive, flavour is on point. We love to search for real deal Mexican cuisine and it was a pleasure to say we found some close(ish) to home.

Taquería San Jose | Mexican is a gem. The restaurant smells amazing and is super friendly and accommodating. The food is 10/10, coming out steaming hot. The veggie burritos are hot, tasty, and humongous, served with a whole salsa bar. The shrimp fajitas are flavorful, and the burrito with carnitas is a hit. The Enchiladas are phenomenal, and the carne asada fries with green sauce have a good spice kick. The churros are delicious. The menu has a ton of options, and the prices are awesome and very affordable—cheaper than Mcdonalds or Taco Bell and 1000 times better. It is a humble kind of restaurant, nothing fancy but worth the stop. The overall experience is great, with a variety of drinks and seating upgrades. Highly recommend.
