We happened upon this lovely experience on a first-time visit to the area. We first visited the tasting room and tried their wines. Collectors, we had lower expectations due to the many fruit-flavored wines on the long tasting list. However, we had some nice wines sourced from eastern Washington vineyards. We came here for dinner on our last night in Westport. The menu here is upscale from the restaurants in Westport and is only a 15-min drive. We were at the restaurant on a chilly, foggy day but the gardens looked inviting nevertheless with the many walkways and variety of plants.I had the Grilled Halibut and my friend had the Cedar-Plank Salmon. Wife wanted to go to the mermaid festival and I wanted to mow the lawn. I lost and we drove out there. It was a good time even if mermaids aren’t my thing. The wine was very good and the bacon wrapped prawns are delicious. The crab Louie has a giant helping of crab also. We walked around the grounds and it was well kept.
