They refused my order. After They lost my order. very unprofessional and rude. I called them up after the app didn't have an option to pay in store. Was put on hold 3 times before I was able to make my order. Then they lost the order somehow. Then they put me on hold again. Someone else answered the phone and assumed i was calling to place an order when i told her I just placed an order and they lost it frustration was building she just hangs up the phone. I call back and was rudely told they are refusing service to me. No apology no de-escalation. No professionalism. no customer service skills what so ever. Just flagrant narcissism. They owe me an apology. This store was never this bad years ago. When they actually cared. Now it is piss poor quality of employees and obviously a manager that does not care and an owner if they are letting this slide like this. You want my money? Earn it. I would rather give it to little ceasers now or hell even pizza hut or mod pizza.
