They refused my order. After They lost my order. very unprofessional and rude. I called them up after the app didn't have an option to pay in store. Was put on hold 3 times before I was able to make my order. Then they lost the order somehow. Then they put me on hold again. Someone else answered the phone and assumed i was calling to place an order when i told her I just placed an order and they lost it frustration was building she just hangs up the phone.
