No food served in Epic till November!!! We planned on a nice dinner before concert … had to go out and bring it in….just not the same!! Whoever planned the remodel sucks!!

We’ve eaten at Epic many times throughout the years but I can say that tonight was probably the last time. They’ve gone downhill bad. We came out today for my daughter’s birthday and every single one of our plates came out cold and tasteless, I mean EVERYTHING. My husbands meal was probably the worse. He got a mushroom and Swiss burger with an extra patty (which to our suprise was $10 extra dollars, so the burger and Fries came to $29) and it was so dry and flavorless. I wasn’t impressed the last time we came a few months ago but we decided to give it another try and I’m so disappointed that we did. Not worth the $115 we spent on dinner tonight. We are not the type to complain so we just won’t come back. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be the consensus and it’s sad that nothing has changed. The only thing good about tonight was our server, she was extremely sweet!

We ordered the Chicken fried steak dinner it was horrible.the potaotes we cold asked for more they were cold to the gravy was digusting also the broccoli not sure what they did to it .all around disgusting and not worth $23 per person .will not eat here again.

Took family here for breakfast and was very disappointed for the level of resort it is in. At first I thought the eggs were powdered do to the rubbery texture and lack of seasoning but then I realized that the only option was scrambled for our family dish. These eggs were definitely premade and left in a catering style warmer. Waitress wasn’t terribly kind. When I asked about the food prep she was visually offended and stated the sausages were her favorite even though they were precooked and reheated. Long and short I feel like I paid $45 for a breakfast that would be free at any chain hotel with continental breakfast

Ordered the prime rib, literally couldn't cut the steak with a knife or chew any of it. Was not compensated. Had to pay the bill in full. Never eat there again!!!!

Food is decent but they always close early despite their sign saying they're open till 2:00 a.m. and that they serve food till 1:00 a.m. they actually serve till about midnight or 1215 unless you wanted to go and then they kick your ass out at 1:00 a.m. despite the sign and app says they're open till 2am... Soup to go sucks and was cold.... You think a place that makes millions of dollars a month could pay some employees to stay open till when they say they will..

We’ve always been huge fans of celebrating birthdays at Epic Restaurant and have never been disappointed, even with menu changes. However, the service has seriously gone downhill.
Last night, we celebrated my husband’s birthday with a table of 20 people. Not only did we pay the standard gratuity, but we also added an extra tip, knowing we had a large party. Despite this, our server never refilled our drinks or checked if we needed anything. We had to hunt her down multiple times.
We had a cake for the birthday boy, but it was never brought out. We even waited an additional 45 minutes and still didn’t get to sing happy birthday. This was heartbreaking and disgusting, especially since my husband has stage four cancer. Birthdays are a big deal when you’re not promised another day, and this experience was deeply upsetting.
Host was very friendly but server I had was a little rude I asked if I could have a minute to look at the menu.the guy the food was very nice too.

The bar is great, servers are nice, but the kitchen couldn't figure out how to make a burger and bblt after 1 hour and 10 minutes!!! Hour plus wait for dinner and still charged full price for drinks when we finally said we want the check after 2 people said our food was coming out next! Yet 20 people next to us got their food. Would not recommend epic for anything but drinks

Great atmosphere with a wall of big TVs to watch. Food wasn't that great. I do not recommend the chicken fried steak. More batter than meat and short on gravy. Disappointing.
