"We make people feel special" Is supposedly the Kalispell Hospitality. Perhaps this is true if you're white but if not this place won't be for you.
Waitress served everyone else just fine, but us? She took as long as she could with our drinks and food. This place also has a high turnover rate so make of that what you will. A racist place is what it is. save your money and don't come here.

Hostess and female bartender very passive aggresive. Clearly did not want to be there. Just plain rude and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. I’ll head down to the other Spokane tribe casino at Three Peaks for better food and service! 😡

My Prime Rib Dip was very disappointing. Sparse filling and stale flavorless bread. Also no Au Jus for either of us. We assumed we read the menu wrong, but no. Service was somewhat lacking but tipped the usual 20% anyway. I was hesitant to return since the breakfast was flavorless when we went last year. Lesson learned; we won't return unless reviews reflect a change for the better.
Great service. No games on so the noise level was really low. We enjoyed the prime rib.

1st time we were here 2yrs ago staff and food were amazing. Last night my husband and I were at the casino for a drawing and decided to grab dinner here afterwards. Service was okay. Our waitress was nice but we only seen her like 2 times and she offered to refill my soda after we asked for boxes. As for our food the cheeseburger soup looked like something someone dumped out of a dog food can and it tasted awful. My prime rib was super salty, and my husbands turkey sandwich had a super bad taste. The only thing that was actually good was the vegetables that came with the prime rib, the fries, and the nachos we had for an appetizer. Super disappointed.

Went to see a the Rupaul's Drag Race Allstars Tour on a Saturday night in August. The whole place was lively and filled with people. Got in line with 8 of us to get a bite and beverage at Epic. Have to say the line was long and the wait was longer, but they managed to get us in and out, fat and happy. Service was great, the gentleman at the door checked back on us to make sure we were getting served. All and all great experience

Went in on a Saturday for Lunch. 1 top. NOT busy no waiting to be seated. The burger took 25 min to come out, in a BASKET mind you, tasted terrible. NO drink refill. Some VIP and his wife sat down next to me and they all waited on them hand and foot, literally you would have thought he owned the place. $25 for garbage, go to Fatburger instead, it takes the same time but it tastes way better. WHAT happened to the service at NQ?
