Well Fatburger....
At one time you guys were great. Now its hit and miss. More misses than hits. It's all in the person that cook the burger patty. Too much Sodium not enough Sodium. Using the burger press to smash all juices from the patty with the end result being a hockey puck. A little training of the patty cook will go a long way OR ending up like the Fatburger on Francis is in your future.
