Went with some friends before a show and there was nobody in the bar other than one couple in this huge place. We tried to order an Old Fashioned and the bartender didn’t know how to make one so she looked it up online and let’s suffice to say, it wasn’t quite right. I ordered a single shot of liquor that came in a huge glass with old, crusty food on the inside top of the rim so I drank around it because I’m not the kind of person who complains to staff in the moment, but it definitely grossed me out.We were the only ones in the bar when our drinks were ready and we were sitting in a booth talking when one of the three staff members yelled at us to get our drinks from the bar ourselves. I’m sure that’s how they do it all the time but I’m not sure why the drinks couldn’t have just been walked out since we were already sitting at a table. Weird experience for sure. We had been looking to checking out the location after hearing recommendations but unfortunately, it was not what we had hoped it would be.

Came in the other day and heard the Casino was trying new things for the high ball bar. I was talking to the bartender having a great time when I made a joke about coming in on Afro-beat Sunday since she said she is also the entertainment on those days. She said she’d rather have it only be black people. I’m super disappointed that the casino only wants to cater to a certain crowd when there are more people out there that would love to come in on Sunday and show their support

In the summer this was my new FAVE place for epic food and entertainment. We went there last night and they barely had enough staff to help 2 people with drinks. Highball was a let down and got rid of the shakes and all the beautiful food with flare. Drinks alone was not drew us in.....it was nu jack city and the food and the fun......I think quest needs to bring it ALL back to the Highball. We come for the Vegas experience and Highball was the IT factor to beat but now the wonder and magic seems to have faded due to the changes quest made. Please think about bringing it back.......for the fans.....

We got there just as it opened. TheBartender was so very helpful and created some of the best tasting drinks I have had. Her name started with an H. Had a pony tail. She was so friendly and professional. She really made my birthday celebration a favorite memory now. Thank youWe only had drinks it was early in the evening.

We have had the most amazing experiences here. They offer mocktail options as well. Their food is good however, the portions are very small, so honestly we end up needing dinner after dinner as it's pricey food but good quality. I still enjoy eating here to try the different quizines but I do have to be honest about the portions. We enjoy dancing when they have DJ nights and the atmosphere is amazing!!! You get good and bad people on the dance floor (I had a girl that purposely kept bumping into me no matter where I moved) but we try to focus on the good people and enjoy our time. The wait staff is awesome and very attentive. My attire is always dress up so I finally have a spot I can attend that makes me feel like I fit in a bit.

Third time trying to go see this place and CLOSED ONCE AGAIN AR 10:30 ON A SHOW NIGHT! Not sure which manager Is making that call, but the flood of other guests who wanted to see this place after the show were all very disappointed. Mind you this isn't 1 am we talking it is 10:30 ?. Every time has been before 11 and they've been closed. Have some consistency with your hours and you might stay busier, also know your events, if there's a show that night you might want to consider staying open till at least midnight and youll make some money. We will spend the money here, but not sure if I'm going to make the trip again to come to another locked door. ?

Sitting in my section over 1 hour and multiple servers tell me that is not their area, and they can not get me 1 drink, are you kidding me?

Well, to start, it's not Masselow’s Steakhouse. However, you can get in without a reservation, and they can make a proper old fashion. They now have prime rib every night they are open. I wish I could have tasted the prime rub, but there was a kitchen mishap, so we missed out. Our loss was the staff's gain. The cocktails could have been delivered more timely. It is hard to watch whiskey cocktails get watered down just sitting on the counter. And a word of advice, avoid the cocktail onions. They looked and felt like they had been frozen and thawed, or they were just BAD. On a better note, my replacement pork chop was tender and juicy. The garlic mash potatoes were full of flavor. And the ambiance: SO many crystal chandeliers. My guest estimated the number at 35 chandeliers, lol. Not really, but it seems like it. So shiny!!!And it turns into a dance club at 9 pm, so get in early if you want dinner.
