Jacob's is my ABSOLUTE favorite place to get coffee or energy drinks. The drinks are always a 10/10 and the service is amazing 👏 Regardless of who is working they always ask how you're doing and make the conversation more friendly and personal than any other place I've been. On top of that the flavors they carry are almost endless and they always are happy to give a pup cup or treat to any dog :)

Great group of girls here. Been a Jacobs customer for a very long time and they make hands down the best coffee in Spokane. Pricing is reasonable. They recently updated their points system and a lot of people lost a lot of money that they were carrying on their cards. Shame too for those of us who have been such long time customers. They have food as well, and it's really good. I would recommend as long as you don't mind losing your loyalty points and cash from time...

The staff were courteous and cheerful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There’s a great selection of drinks, and the Creamsicle Lotus was a standout choice that I’d definitely recommend trying!
