When I say slow, I mean...sloowwww. The employee taking orders was snippy and rude to begin with. They weren't able to take credit or debit at the time, which is understandable and no big deal. However, the way she comminicated that to patrons was not appropriate. The other employee making the drinks was either horribly overwhelmed, which resulted in her not being able to make a coffee in under 10 minutes, or she was just that slow. If you're in a hurry, and enjoy nice customer service, avoid this place!

Haven't stayed at the hotel, but been at the casino many times, I like the service (drinks are not free while you gamble), good dealers and decent game variety. Poker tournaments could use some work.
