Our server, Dan, was amazing. He had terrific recommendations and was do knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered a smoked Old Fashion and he made the presentation even more fun. The food is absolutely amazing. I ordered the steak bites with fries, house salad, cauliflower fritters and Mac n cheese. The fritters were out of this world. The steak was incredibly tender and well seasoned. The Gorgonzola on the fries was disappointing. Disappeared by the time they arrived so the fries were just very and gummy. Our group found sometimes on the menu to be well priced but others were unreasonable and kept us from ordering them. Overall, a wonderful experience with amazing food and the best service.
Not a fan of the Northern Quest overall as I had a very bad experience at the spa. Having said that I still go back to the restaurant. It is the best in Spokane County! It is not inexpensive but it is worth the expense. Their steaks are melt in your mouth delicious as is everything they put in front of you. They bake their own bread and it is on par with Luna's back in the day (20 years ago). The crust is crunch and a little salty while the interior is light and fluffy. Honestly, I don't know how they do it! Kudos to the chef and management.
Made my parents 40th wedding anniversary very memorable. Food was delicious and wait staff very friendly and attentive
Great Thomas Hammer coffee, steak and eggs, burritos, omelets, granola and yogurt, and more.
The food was overpriced and not as good as it used to be. The waiter was arrogant. We won't be going back there to eat again.
Our wait person was personable, attentive and fast. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful
Great experience. The servers were organized, knowledgeable about the cuisine, and very friendly.
Our server gave the perfect balance of service: attentive but not overbearing. The food was delicious and the wine selection was decent.
Our steak and fish were overcooked. Our server was fantastic and offered several solutions to ensure we were satisfied. However by that time the special birthday dinner did not go as planned. It was not our server's fault and she was apologetic and professional. A discount was given and appreciated but overall experience was less than desirable
My wife and I drive 2 hours to Masselow's when we are ready for the best meal to be found in Eastern Washington. The staff is wonderful (Erin has been there and remembers us every time). The food is the highest quality and it remains one of our favorite places to go to eat. It is our special get away destination.

Our dining experience was wonderful from the friendly mixologist to our cadre of service folks and obviously the great food. Our primary server was very energetic, punctual and offered great advice for an upcoming trip to Coeur d' Alene with my guest from Virginia. I always bring out of town visitors to Masselow's.
A very great option for breakfast A bit bougie but perfect for a personal celebration like New Year after an evening of loud partying. Wanting to do something a bit extra ? A perfect option.
Breakfast was 5 Stars!!! Will do it again. Service was incredible, and the food was over the top fantastic!
Service was good waiter was great. Over priced dishes. Steak was also overcooked, and everything was extremely salty!!! For what prices are, I would expect a lot higher quality. My wife even said she would have rather I cooked steak at home on the the grill!
I was really disappointed in the food this time. Got the peppercorn filet and added a lobster tall. Wife and I split it and wasn't impressed with either one. Lobster was ok. Butter wasn't warm and the peppercorn was fairly tasteless. Usually I love it here but was very disappointed with both things ordered and spending $200 on just that meal no drinks and appetizers was a real bummer.
