The Lounge at Masselow's

We went to Masselow's to celebrate a birthday and have celebrated special occasions there since it opened. The bonus is when we get a server that makes the experience even better. Cory is a delight and helped make my husbands birthday even better!

We had dinner reservations at 7:30. Got seated about 7:40. Ordered cocktails and waited 45 minutes for our drinks. Server was very nice and apologetic, but overall we did not get our meals until almost 9:00, 90 minutes after being sat. We will not be coming back nor recommending Masselow's.

The Filet Mignon was amazing. Had dinner at Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas a couple nights ago....and it wasn't near as good as the one I had at Masselows, not even close. We also had the Diablo Prawns. The prawns were perfectly cooked and the spice level was perfect. And the service......winner!

Spouse had prime rib and his meal was great with decent portions. His shrimp appetizer was excellent. I had shrimp Diablo. Great flavor but tough shrimp. Service was excellent. Looking forward to returning. 20 % gratuity built in but final cc charge was not transparent so we might had given it again had we not clarified with staff.

Always a great meal, always fantastic service, and a great wine selection. If you have the opportunity to be seated in Dan's section, he's always knowledgeable and a treat!!

Steak super. Salmon undercooked and bland. Service slow, drink order very slow. Never offered a second drink. Tip pre added but you are not told that. Space open for tip as if 20% hadn't been added already. Was a mixed experience.

Amazing food. Probably the best steak I've ever had. Excellent service. Very personable and attentive. A bit on the pricey side and be aware that a 20% service charge is automatically added to the bill regardless of number at the table.

Cory was our server. Very joyful and had great recommendations and made mention he loves dining there too. The other waitstaff were quite kind and the girl clearing our table and brought our dessert, said Happy Anniversary. My husband was shocked & made him happy. (I mentioned it on reservation.) When we left, she thanked us for sharing our anniversary with them.

I had the breakfast wrap. It's delish! My friend got the biscuits and gravy and she loved it too. Our waiter was wonderful. Beautiful place but their food is a bit overpriced. But, everything is pricey these days. Nice place for a special occasion.

We treasure the experience the staff provides as much as the elevated menu and execution that goes into every little thing that is presented to you. We save this restaurant for our special celebration because they never fail to tosurpass all expectations. We really appreciate the team making a welcoming and tasty celebration for us yesterday!

We had dinner for two at Maslow's for my husbands birthday. Excellent service. Our waiter, Nadia and our attendant Alex were fantastic. Very kind, humorous, attentive and very detailed in explaining menu items. Excellent experience... Would go again. !!!

In general this was pleased. Expensive but excellent professional staff I knew that all the prices would be 25-30% inflated. However, with those prices you must be perfect! Not close. If you're going for close inflate your prices about 15%. But you don't and your a steak house and you made a rookie mistake on a steak!!! Overcooked to be black! Not kinda overcooked but inedible. Somehow This made it past the line manager and the server should have noticed (I mean it was that obvious). To their credit they fixed it quickly and clearly were embarrassed. So one error in an otherwise perfect evening. So, I'll be back. ?

Outstanding service from our server Ashley. Her knowledge and recommendations were spot on! The food was divine, especially the steak special of the day. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it very special for us! We will be back

Our experience at Masselovs was very pleasant to say the least Service the food and the ambiance was excellent especially the service our server was especially professional. The only problem is the prices you expect to pay more at a classy restaurant but as I am from Canada and my steak was $77 and American, that's 100 bucks for a 14 ounce steak, which is ridiculous. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience. Thank you.
