Excellent service and the food was delicious! We eat here every time we are at Northern Quest.

When I made my reservation I requested a private booth since we were celebrating our 45th anniversary and Masselows had a very nice quiet booth for us. The service was great, the food was amazing, I had a New York strip with grilled shrimp. The steak so tender, my husband had the sea bass it was also really good also. The five cheese pasta was the best side. We will definitely go back and recommend this restaurant.

The steaks and service were decent. I think this place is way overrated .....personally go to boida Brazilian steak house. You will be glad you did. Much better value. The drinks were watered down....seriously 😟

My better half enjoyed the Diablo Prawns and a fennel salad. I enjoyed the Peppercorn Filet and a Caesar salad. Food was outstanding and the service, impeccable! Shoutout to our head waiter, Dan for a very enjoyable meal. We've been there before and would certainly recommend this restaurant to all.

I experienced the restaurant during a limited menu, owing to a performance at the Casino that evening. The food was typical of a steak house, good shrimp cocktail, Ceasar salad. and wine. The steak was well prepared with asparagus and mashed potatoes on the side. The bill was nearly $600 so be prepared. We had a higher end champagne with the meal and wine with the steak. It was a good dinner but for the total price I can't recommend it. You might do better for far less by eating at home. The meat is the star here, but you can always prepare this same meal with much better ingredients for the salad, shrimp cocktails and wine for less than half the cost!

Expensive...yes...BUT everything seems to be expensive anymore these days. The overall quality of the food served was excellent!!

I don't like the fact that a 20% tip is already applied. The food was wonderful 😋, staff were great, and gluten free food amazing!!

We had a very nice dinner. The menu had lots of great choices and the steaks were excellent. Service couldn't be better. We felt welcome and had fun. Definitely a first choice in Spokane. Only 15 minutes from downtown. Easy parking close by.

Masselow's is our Go-To restaurant for event night at the Northern Quest Casino. We all love the experience given by the staff, from host/hostess to management. They define great customer service. Then, there's the food....always so delicious. From perfectly cooked seafood to tender, juicy steaks and everything in between, it is all so delicious!

Amazing servers, the kitchen hits the steak temp spot on, and they have a kids menu which is nice for a high end steak house.

We went to Masselow's to celebrate a birthday and have celebrated special occasions there since it opened. The bonus is when we get a server that makes the experience even better. Cory is a delight and helped make my husbands birthday even better!

We had dinner reservations at 7:30. Got seated about 7:40. Ordered cocktails and waited 45 minutes for our drinks. Server was very nice and apologetic, but overall we did not get our meals until almost 9:00, 90 minutes after being sat. We will not be coming back nor recommending Masselow's.

The Filet Mignon was amazing. Had dinner at Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas a couple nights ago....and it wasn't near as good as the one I had at Masselows, not even close. We also had the Diablo Prawns. The prawns were perfectly cooked and the spice level was perfect. And the service......winner!
