Topgolf Swing Suite

We just recently went for my birthday this past weekend to epic and picked this place over others because I am not good at golf, and didn't want to golf, but knew they had carnival games, bowling and other fun competitive games. We booked it and got there and were taken to our suite. The food was ok. Very much just fried bar food. The service was good, our server was friendly and on top of it, but there are two suites here and we got the one closest to the entrance of the restaurant. This side had 4 bar stools and the other side had the 4 bar stools as well as nice lounge seating. Once we started playing there weren't very many things that weren't golf like I remembered from years before when we went, but we heard the family on the other side with kids playing bowling and ski ball, so we asked if the games were the same on each side and our server told us they should be.... after they left (they were there the 1st hour we booked and played, but then it was un-occupied the second hour we were there. I went over there to check out the games they had available to play, and they had a whole other pack of games on top of the ones we had as options. So that was a bit dissapointing. We let our husbands play the second hour as we weren't happy with the games and didn't feel confident enough to play them, so we let the guys golf. So FYI if you go and want a variety of games that aren't golf, you'll need to go to the one side farthest from the entrance to EPIC. Wish they were the same on both sides and we could have done what we were expecting.

Disclaimer: we probably went on a bad night. Go try it for yourself before taking this review too seriously. I booked our reservation over a month out, we go there it's not ready yet the machine was having problems during the day so they are running behind. The manager gal was very upfront about it, so eventually we get in about 745 (reservation was at 7). The restaurant was very busy (there was a cougs game on). We could only play 4 different golf games, the arcade carnival games and other sports games weren't offered to us. Their menu already isn't amazing but with our waitress serving us and however many tables in the restaurant we didn't see her too much. Food was pretty decent. The pretzel sticks are awesome, regular meals are very large even their salads. I couldn't finish even half. Their drinks are great as well. I would probably go to a different golf simulator next time. We went to this one because we stayed a night at the casino and are not big gamblers. But again try it for yourself you could have a better experience.

Northern Quest/Epic mismanaged our reservation. We had reserved from 5 to 7 pm. Showed up at 5 and both swing suites were occupied. I had to keep asking the reservation desk about updates and we finally got into the suite 20 minutes late. Poor customer service. They did allow us to stay our full two hours but I'm not sure why they didn't clear out one of the suites to allow for our 5 pm reservation (which I did confirm the day prior).

Terrible service. We had a reservation at 5pm for one of the golf simulators. They didn't check the simulator prior to us arriving and one of them was broken. They had another reservation at 5:30pm and told us they couldn't cancel their reservation but that they would be happy to cancel ours. They gave us no notice that one of the simulators was broken and no explanation for why they were fine cancelling our reservation but not the reservation for people arriving after us. Heavily do not recommend.

The machine kept malfunctioning and not detecting the balls. It was very disappointing as I reserved it for two hours for my partner's birthday. It was a waste of time, and they really need to do some maintenance and upkeep. The clubs were all mixed up between rights and lefts. It was a mess and reinforced why I never cared to try a golf simulator. The servers and staff were great but they're not technicians for the Top Golf equipment. I would never recommend this to anyone. Northern Quest should fix it or get rid of it. P.S. I never write bad reviews, but this was the worst.

The service and food were very good. The golf simulator was just okay, with the fidelity and the equipment being somewhat subpar.

Service about we had to go out and find someone to come and take our order. No one explains to us how to use the computer to get this thing going.

The food was great and the topgolf suite was great. We ate breakfast, dinner and rented out the topgolf suite for my husband's 40th birthday here. We had a reservation for 6:00 p.m., upon arriving at 5:55 p.m. we were told that the other party was just finishing up. It was not until almost 6:40 p.m. and multiple requests that we were able to actually enter topgolf. The other party stayed in the suite longer than their allotted time. It did not seem that the staff wanted to encourage them to leave. Staying at the hotel, we ate at epic for breakfast and had drinks and snacks prior to our top golf reservation while waiting for our party to show up. We would love to rent out the topgolf suite again. However the next time will be without any assumption that the reservation time is actually when you go into the suite.

Our reservation was pushed back a little and they were more than accommodating for our inconvenience. Staff was awesome we had a great time. The machine did freeze a couple times but other than that a lot of fun

The service was horrible over the 3 hrs we spent in the simulator, waitress ignored us most of the night, each time we needed something we had to track her down and then got the I am busy attitude from her. Poor service but they still charge 20% gratuity.

It was really fun for the kids and we all had a good time, but the staff were sooo incredibly busy, the sound on the TV didn't work (during the football playoff game- they did finally call IT to fix it) and the good was very subpar (especially for spending $245). The newer manager was very kind and our waiter really tried his best.

We had a great time in the Top Golf suite at Epic in Northern Quest. Our server was fun and good. The setup worked well and our burgers were perfectly cooked and delicious. We have been many times and it is always great fun. One of our best times here!

When we arrived for our reservation we were turned away because they were supposed to turn off reservations for the night due to the college football game. The gentleman that spoke with us just said oh try to come back in 2ish hours and we can try to accommodate you. He didn't seem concerned at all or offer us anything for the trouble. I had reserved the room for a date night. We will definitely be going to try out a different business that offers this experience instead of going back.

didn't realize there were many options to play on the simulator so it was nice to play other things than just golf. the food service was spot on. thoroughly enjoyed the rueben eggrolls and the skrewball milkshake. cant wait to come back

Top Golf was very fun! We had out-of-town guests and needed an indoor venue where all ages could participate in easy games, and enjoy good appetizers. This venue was perfect for our group of ten. We will do it again sometime.
