We just recently went for my birthday this past weekend to epic and picked this place over others because I am not good at golf, and didn't want to golf, but knew they had carnival games, bowling and other fun competitive games. Northern Quest/Epic mismanaged our reservation. We had reserved from 5 to 7 pm. Showed up at 5 and both swing suites were occupied. I had to keep asking the reservation desk about updates and we finally got into the suite 20 minutes late. Poor customer service. They did allow us to stay our full two hours but I'm not sure why they didn't clear out one of the suites to allow for our 5 pm reservation (which I did confirm the day prior).
The food was great and the topgolf suite was great. We ate breakfast, dinner and rented out the topgolf suite for my husband's 40th birthday here. We had a reservation for 6:00 p.m., upon arriving at 5:55 p.m. we were told that the other party was just finishing up. It was not until almost 6:40 p.m. and multiple requests that we were able to actually enter topgolf. The other party stayed in the suite longer than their allotted time.
