Paris, Texas Peach Cobbler for 2
Classic, no twists, this one is simple-served hot and delicious! Each one baked in cast iron. The batter is similar to the French pastry called a Financier-fluffy, crisp on the edges, and buttery.

I was introduced to Jack's BBQ from my employer who sometimes orders catered food. One day I decided to try something different and get the Bacon & Blues Burger with the added Billionaire beef. I'm not a fan of blue cheese at all, but this burger is by far the best burger I've ever had. I've ordered it a few times since then to take home. You can eat this burger cold and it's still just that good. Top notch! Must try. Also, highly recommend the billionaire...

Got a ribeye rare and man was that tender. Corn bread with mash,i was in a rush i was able to eat pay and take togo what i wasnt able to finish but food came out quick and it was delicious 😋 1/14/26

We had a good time. The food was great (this trip had some of the best brisket that I've ever had) and our server was pleasant and helpful.
I prefer this location over the one in UP because it is larger.
