We sat as a table of 3 with very basic orders since no substitutes are allowed. We ended up sitting there waiting for an hour with no sign of our orders even being close to done. Waitstaff has no idea how to properly answer questions. When asked how much longer for our food to be ready we got responses like, "I don't know." "Maybe soon." with shoulder shrugs. Delightful experience. Fresh food with wonderful above average special flavors in the recipes.
The music was nice, the staff were just right on the table visits, not too much, but stopped by enough to check if we were good.
I was happy to meet a fellow business owner and operator working in there as well.
