We were visiting from Seattle and stopped by to grab coffee on the way home. A young blonde woman was working. I wasn’t familiar with the offerings so I asked a few questions such as which coffee roaster they use, whether they have nitro cold brew, etc She laughed after my questions, was very impatient and had a terrible attitude. I thought I may have imagined it, but my boyfriend mentioned how terrible her attitude was as we drove away. I would expect better customer service...
Normally I would never state in a public review my issue with a business but I have attempted to call the phone number u guys have listed multiple times and it is not one that works my husband loves this coffee stand and either him and I have gone every single morning for a long time to get his coffee same order every single time and up until recently is perfect but over the last week the last 3 days in a row including today it has not been correct even after repeatedly telling...
Just went through there this morning. I just recently started going there over other coffee stands because they make my drink perfectly. I had the best customer service. Didn’t catch her name but she put a smile on mine and my daughters face. Thank you for being so lovely this early in the morning.
