I was here visiting from Arizona 15 years ago and at the time they had several varieties of fritters. I was amazed how delicious and couldn't wait to bring back fritters to my dad. In Gilbert Arizona we have a new bakery called Sable'; run by a local with French experience. I see alot of customers are complaining on the prices on the fritters at the Donut House; but the prices at Sable' are $70 for 4 pastries. I'll be back Donut House...someday ☺
Donuts were great but the customer service needs work. My first time there but my brother and dad have been there many times and never gets a smile out of them but I guess if they have good donuts and they are huge that’s all that matters I guess. I had a latte and it was flat no flavor or richness. For me it wasn’t a good experience. Smiles are free.
I have been buying donuts here for over 30 years. In the past they were open 24 hrs/day, but since 2020 they are open 5am-7pm. They bake fresh daily and have over 30 kinds of donuts to choose from. They are especially known for their massive apple and blueberry fritters. The selection becomes limited later in the day so go early. They have great coffee to go with your donuts.
