We ate here today for the first time and we’re extremely impressed by the food. When we walked in only one other person was there, but they were busy with to go orders. good customer service, quiet atmosphere, we ordered the Chicken teriyaki which was good, and we ordered their caterpillar roll as well It was good a little too much avocado, but had great flavor.
My childhood teriyaki spot growing up. Maybe I'm biased but I haven't found a place anywhere else in the US that comes close. The Bento #1 beef was my go to every visit. The California rolls are unmatched, the beef teriyaki is the perfect ratio of sweet + salty + umami. And the gyoza is comforting, crispy and classic. 10/10.
