Paris Restaurant Anacortes

Came here for dinner during a weekend visit to Oak Harbor/Anacortes. This place is definitely farm to table as all ingredients are sourced from farms within 100 miles. We started with the clams and smorrebrod. Mushroom and vache was the tastiest of the three crostinis that came with the smorrebrod. For our main plates, we had lamb shank and pulpo à la plancha. Finally ate here last night, I have wanted to for a while, and was not disappointed! Everything we ordered was incredible, and excellent service as well. The pickled blueberries on the foie gras was an unexpected delight! Compliments to the chef last night for coming up with that impromptu!

Wow. I’ve been to Paris several times , and Paris Restaurant took me right back. Some of the overdone “pop” that’s been added to different versions of French food was dismissed by this kitchen. They nailed it.
