Had a noon delivery appt checked in at 0730 with the folks in the main office who were very nice and helpful. Shipping guys came down to the office asked me to back up to door 2 leave doors closed to check pre cool temp. About 10 min later they were checking temp and asked me to open up and back in to door. In and out 2 hours. Which is 3 hours before appt time. Everyone was great hope to come here again. Thanks to everyone at Sugiyo.
